So today was the day of the tiny annoyances, as it shall now be marked on the calendar. It started with a wee-morning phone call from a computer prompting me to enter a number to speak to a representative. I did, intent on giving the person at the other end a piece of my weary mind. But alas, I just got hung up on. The same computer proceeded to call every 20 minutes all with the same result. It finally stopped a few hours ago, but it continued for many many frustrating calls. No idea who it was so I can't even email and demand free stuff. The day just progressed from there. Dishes that didn't come clean in the dishwasher. Communication breakdowns among young boys. An empty half and half container. And empty coffee grounds bag. Dead batteries. An empty chocolate wrapper. Computer glitches. A dh who is "running late". Whole bowls of poured cereal, uneaten. A baby who WILL*NOT*NAP. The list goes on, and the day aint over. Then a friend of mine uploads the pics of our annual camping trip and aaaaahhhhhh. A few examples are included in this post. I'm not on a mission to find time for another trip. As much work as camping with that many people is, it's heart-glad kind of work. The faces of relaxed but filthy children are all the thanks you get, but it's worth more than anything.

Zella with her curls and that sweet face...

Zella peek-a-boo

Finn, man was it hot running up and down that hill

Oak mimicing Zella, but one handed because the other was a fistfull of waffle.

Look at those lashes!

Winnie, growing so fast.

Winnie sweet as ever.
