Excitement.

This has been one heck of a week, and it aint over. First the 72 degree temps followed by the scary tornado/gust front/straight line winds whatever it was on Tuesday (I think), then the biggest snow storm I will ever see in St. Louis (enough to rival a decent storm in Denver) on Thursday, dh's office party tonight (in which I will not only be wearing a bra but will also be shaving my armpits *WHOA*) and then tomorrow a super bowl commercial party at the neighbors house. Just zany. Did I mention that I'm not feeling well, dh isn't feeling well, Oak certainly isn't feeling well and all this all in one week. Insanity.

When I get a moment to sit down I will upload and post my day-in-the-life picture montage so you can see what a day is like around here. I'll also have pictures of me in a *gasp* dress and heels, but not of me walking because that will be funny.

I scored the dress at Macy's of all places after ordering a dress online and not liking it as well as I thought I would. The dress at Macy's was on super-clearance. It was originally $140 and I got it for $25. Not too shabby. And since I had given myself a limit of $100 for this party, and since I came in WAY under that, I also got myself a cool mommy sweater in eart tones with a hood and little pockets and a zipper (orig $65 got it for $12). VERY soccer mom, especially with jeans and tennis shoes. Who am I? You're wondering, I know you are. Well, sometimes I'm hot mama with shaved pits. Sometimes I'm soccer mom with cool hoodie sweater. Sometimes I'm athletic with sweats and a sports bra under a t-shirt. Mostly, I'm me. I like soccer mom though. If I am ever wealthier than I am now, and skinny, my clothing will come from J-Jill. I loved about 75% of the stuff in that store. It's young and feminine and sporty and mommy all at once.

At 3 I go get my hair done. This means that from 2:30 when I drop all 4 kids off with grandma to 10 or so when we get back after the party I am KID FREE. Wow. That's probably even bigger than me shaving. Is it 2:30 yet??? Dang, only noon.

The snow has been fabulous fun. We don't own a snow shovel. 'Bout time we buy one I think.

Is it 2:30 yet?

Now?

Now?

Now?

Everyone progly got the gist but I think you left out a very key word between 'biggest' and 'storm'. ;)
