Sunshine sure has a way of making things brighter. Ha! I mean, figuratively. Were today a rainy day I would be the grumpiest of grumps. The kids are making me crazy. They can't seem to follow direction or lower their voices or clean up after themselves or get along. Neall and I went to bed at the same time last night. He got up at 10:30, I got up at 8. He went to take a nap at 1, I get to sweep the floors. I went to the store. I made everyone breakfast. I'm making everyone lunch. I should be annoyed. But something about the sunshine and the crisp air that is making me lighter than I would be on a gray day.
One of the Netflix movies is missing. It was here. Now it's gone. I've got the sleeve and the envelope, no disc. It's not in the player, it's not in any of our cd cases. It's just gone.
And, we definately for surely have a mouse. We know this not because we've found evidence of any mice, but because it likes to show itself to Neall. Goodness knows it's got plenty of spaces to hide itself. I think it's odd though that we haven't seen any signs of mice activity. Perhaps we only have 1? Our pantry is wide open shelving. Nothing has been chewed. We haven't found one dropping. There are certainly options for food but I haven't seen anything obviously nibbled. The trash has never been eaten through. Where is he? Dh wonders if it is a ghost mouse, lol.
Oh yeah, I was going to post about dh's employee appreciation party and my outfit. Maybe later.
