Frickin frackin mice. I'm sure this was comical to watch, but after much chasing and cursing and such we FINALLY caught our mousey friend in a trap. Wahoo! I can stay home now! (Yes, I had been spending as much time as possible out of the house because of the stupid mouse). Then I was making coffee this morning. CRUNCH CRUNCH CRUNCH. Here's me trying to figure out what was rattling. I'm swaying on my feet thinking the way I moved on the floor set something to rattling. Again, hilarious, I'm sure. Then it dawned on me. It's under the dishwasher. I scream for dh. Crunching continues. I had less than 24 hours of mouse free living. There's another one only this one likes it behind our kitchen cabinets. I think this is probably good. The other one liked to taunt me by sitting in the middle of the tv room floor shaking it's whiskers while I screamed "my house, get out" at it. I could almost hear it's evil laughter at my expense. This new mouse though, it bolted at first alarm and hid behind the cabinets. We had cleaned under the dishwasher and such so this guy can't have been here long but we did find evidence under the sink and behind the drawers, suggesting perhaps a hole from the back porch. This will be project numero uno Thurs and Fri. Find hole and plug it. No more roommates. There's barely enough room in this house for the 6 of us. Can't add a few more. Nope.
Also, I expect a reply from each of my friends with a list of the top five things on their wish list. Occasionally I come into money (ha!) and I love giving and getting stuff. So, I want lists so I can refer to them if I have an urge to spend that money off the money tree.
Finally, and this is mandatory, I am working on a school project, which I will discuss with you all later. I need quotes. Please respond with your favorite grouping of words. Post more than one if you have them. I need the kind of quotes that are in your soul, that speak about you, kwim? Your faves! I need them in the next 2 weeks, so get to thinking. This could be bible verses too, btw.

wish list:
sewing machine

Becka, go look at your PBS account. I always have more credits than I need. :)
I have a bike for Maxine if she likes it. Winnie got it for her 5th birthday and won't get on it :(. Also, I have a sewing machine in a desk/cabinet. Last I knew it was in good working order. You are welcome to have it. You can come over one of these days and we'll try it out. I'll have dh bring it into the living room so we can mess with it. It also comes with all these retro embroidery cams. No idea how to use them or what they actually are but I bet with the help of google we can figure it out :p. So, 2 things off of your list that I don't even have to spend money on.
