The season of change.

Is the start of a new year like this for everyone? In my house 2008 is bringing lots of changes, and I'm starting to think the whole year will be like this.

Of course, Dh's vasectomy started us off. I'm ok with it. I'm actually glad about it. I really don't want more children but do look forward to getting my infant fix with other people's babies. Look out Dawn and anyone else due to give birth anytime in the near future. Plan on an extra eager-to-hold-the-baby body to be on hand during your birth. I'll do my best not to steal the baby, but no promises :p.

On a related note Oak is growing so fast. He's a whopping 13 pounds, 2 ounces (stop laughing, for him that's whopping, lol) and can you believe that little imp is going to skip crawling and go straight to cruising. His favorite thing to do if left unattended on the floor is to crawl over to something and climb on top of it via standing, lifting one leg, pulling with all his might, and reaching the top. WTH? I'm not ready for a crawler. I'm DEFINATELY not ready for a walker.

Neall's new schedule starts today. I can't help but worry about him at work all alone in the office. What if something happened? What if he hurt himself or something. The production facility has people in it, but it could be hours in between visits from them. In the meantime I am home alone at night with the kids until late, which means bedtime is alllllll me. It went somewhat smoothly tonight. It will be much easier with rice milk in the house. Zella was my only difficulty and even she wasn't TOO bad. Big changes for both of us with this new schedule.

I'm going to school. I mentioned that before. No, I'm not crazy, lol. I'm looking forward to it actually. There will be some changes on the time management front but mostly the chaos already reigns here so what's some more???

Lots of things happening with the house, mostly paint and new furniture and such, but still, lots going on (FINALLY).
