Sunday night television.

Sucks. I'm watching Jerry Mathers (of Leave It to Beaver fame) shooting skeet, on TV, with kids, preaching about "good, wholesome family fun", like his show used to be. Where's the raising eyebrow icon when you need it? This was followed by an infomercial for a power chair. Pay an exorbinant amount of money for a power chair, get a FREE GRABBER. Whit-whoo.

We had an exhausting day today. We had one of those mornings where everyone wakes up happy and snuggles in the bed and giggles and tickles. To me that said "out to breakfast". After convincing Neall, agreeing to sort laundry first, and getting everyone ready it was more like brunch. We headed to breakfast which was now brunch and then to Target for a birthday gift for a child whose party we were due at at 1:30. Both Neall and I thought that the clock in the car hadn't been turned back. We were lazily wandering Target when we discovered it was one o'clock. Whoops. We raced home for the directions to the party, wrapped the gift on the road, and made it to the party just behind the guest of honor. A few hours later (and tons of fun, the kids had a blast) we were on our way to dinner at the inlaws. My MIL decided not to cook after all, opting instead to eat out. It was a late dinner (mexican food, yummy!) and then back to the IL's so dh could bring some stuff home. I dropped him off and headed for home with sleepy kids only to arrive and discover that I didn't have my keys to get into the house. It wasn't long before Neall and dad arrived but I am way tired. So why am I up? Good question. I tried going to bed a bit ago and couldn't get to sleep.

Becka, keep up the good NaNoWriMo work. I'm intrigued by your work so far. I know that Neall will love it too, whenever he sits down to read that is.

Dawn, prayers are with you tomorrow (today, depending on when you're reading, lol). Toes crossed, candles lit, prayers going out, thoughts swaying towards peace and health for you and your wee bean.
